Ordering Info


At TIDALMOON, we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Please keep in mind that some items are handmade to order and may take 2-10 business days to be processed. All packages are shipped using Canada Post and USPS. 

Bracelet Orders 

  • Applies to orders with 1-2 bracelets only (crystals are excluded)
  • $5 shipping to Canada with no tracking
  • $8 shipping to USA with tracking
  • Shipping difference will be refunded after order is placed 

Vancouver and Lower Mainland Pick-up Available 

  • Free local pick-up for Vancouver and surrounding cities
  • We will contact you by email once your order is ready for pick-up

Canada Orders

  • Free shipping on orders over $150
  • $15 flat rate shipping
  • Estimated shipping time is approx. 2-12 business days, excluding delays from mail courier 

USA Orders

  • Free shipping on orders over $150
  • $15 flat rate shipping
  • Estimated shipping time is approx. 3-5 business days, excluding delays from mail courier   

International Orders

  • We ship worldwide! 
  • $30 flat rate shipping 

Please note once packages are dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. International customers (outside of Canada) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country.  

Payment Plan

Payment plan is available. Buyers may check out with Afterpay. Select Afterpay at checkout, log into or create your Afterpay account, and your purchase will be split into four payments, interest-free. Best part? You won't have to wait until payment is made in full to receive your order. Your goodies will be shipped straight away!

Open Box Program

Our Open Box program means we will store your crystal orders for up to 4 weeks. This service helps you save on shipping costs and helps us limit the use of shipping materials.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All orders are final. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges after payment is made. If there is an issue with an order, please contact us via email (info@tidalmoon.ca) and we will do our best to help resolve the issue. 

Lost & Stolen Packages

TIDALMOON is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will need to contact Canada Post or USPS directly for inquiries.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as TIDALMOON is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information. 

If you mistakenly provided us with an incorrect or insufficient address, please contact us immediately with the corrected information. If your order has not yet shipped, we will correct it immediately. If your order has already been shipped, it will be subjected to a re-routing cost and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom Bracelet Orders

We do not accept custom bracelet orders at this time. However, we're happy to provide assistance and suggestions with existing styles.
